Our Story
KlimaMax was founded in 2012 by Ercan Polat, an HVAC engineer who worked for major building contractors before branching out. He saw that most homeowners were overpaying for undersized or oversized systems because installers never did proper load calculations. Ercan set up KlimaMax to change that — every project starts with a thorough energy assessment so clients get exactly the right system for their space. Today, the company has grown to a team of twelve and serves residential and commercial properties across Istanbul.
Our Mission
We believe every home and business deserves a properly sized, energy-efficient climate system. Our team combines hands-on HVAC experience with the latest diagnostic tools — thermal imaging, airflow meters, and digital load calculators — to design systems that deliver comfort without waste. Led by Ercan Polat (Founder & HVAC Engineer), Koray Yilmaz (Installation Team Lead), and Burcu Eren (Operations & Scheduling), we treat every project like our own home.
